This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of velierPOS. It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or evasion of sanctions.
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Distributing malware, scraping in a way that harms the Service, or attempting unauthorized access.
• Reverse engineering except where law permits.
• Using the Service to harass, abuse, or send unsolicited spam.
• Misrepresenting identity or affiliation.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access, remove data, or cooperate with authorities as required.
