Data processing summary

This document is provided for transparency. It does not constitute legal advice. velierPOS is operated by WeAreVelier. Have counsel review these terms for your jurisdiction (United States, Mexico, and others) before relying on them.

1. Roles

For personal data you provide about your business users and staff, you are typically the controller (or business responsible) and WeAreVelier is the processor, to the extent we process that data only on your instructions to provide velierPOS. For account and billing data about you as a customer of WeAreVelier, we act as controller.

2. Instructions and subprocessors

We process personal data only to provide the Service per your use of the product and our agreements. We may engage subprocessors listed at /legal/subprocessors subject to appropriate obligations.

3. Security and assistance

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures. We will assist you, within reason, with requests from data subjects and with breach notification where applicable.

4. Deletion and return

Upon termination of the Service and subject to legal retention needs, we will delete or return personal data per our retention practices and your requests where feasible.
