Fees & charges

1. Subscription

velierPOS subscription fees are listed at /legal/pricing by country and plan. Billing cycles and taxes are shown at checkout where applicable.

2. Trial

If a trial is offered, its length is stated at signup (currently 14 days unless otherwise displayed). After trial, the selected paid plan or free tier rules apply.

3. Payouts

Standard payouts to a bank account may be offered without an application fee from velierPOS (subject to Stripe’s pricing). Instant payouts, where available, may incur a fee (currently USD 1.99 per instant payout as shown in the product) in addition to any Stripe fees.

4. Card processing

Interchange and Stripe processing fees apply to card transactions as described in your Stripe account. velierPOS does not add a separate platform percentage fee on card sales in the current product configuration.
